If you’re reading this, chances are that you’re either a survival enthusiast or simply looking to be entertained by some witty content. Well, congratulations! You’ve come to the right place.
At Hartley Innovations, LLC, we believe in living life to the fullest and always being prepared for whatever comes our way. That’s why we’ve created Gentleman Pirate Club – a place where survival meets style and where we share our love for prepping with the world.
But who are the masterminds behind this brilliant brand? Allow us to introduce ourselves. TJ is the sales and financial director of Hartley Innovations, LLC. He’s also an avid camper, skier, woodworker, guitarist, fishing, boating enthusiast, and a passion for his Harley motorcycles. His wife, Lynn is the co-creator of the Teelie Turner Brands – a woman with an eye for all things creative and marketing.
Lynn
CO-FOUNDER
Lynn has created the Teelie Turner Brands she is an author, artist, business mentor, and designer. She is surrounded by a team that helps her to accomplish their professional dreams. She has been able to create several amazing brands under the umbrella of Teelie Turner which include Teelie Turner, The Teelie Blog, Teelie Turner Author, Teelie’s Fairy Garden, Gigi the Chic Magical Fairy, Tommy Tinker, Teelie’s Digital And Miniature Shop, Teelie Teelie Turner Fashions and Gentleman Pirate Club. It is safe to say that she has had numerous business ventures—primarily in the realms of publishing, merchandising, fashion, retail, electronic commerce, publishing, and the fairy garden industry.
Rebecca
CONTENT WRITER / PROJECT MANAGER
Rebecca Taylor first discovered the magic of Teelie Turner in 2014. She became an official member of the team in November 2019, working as a blog writer. When Rebecca isn’t in Fairy Land having magical adventures, she works as an art gallery director. She also helps tend to the animals on her family’s farm in a small town in Quebec, Canada. Rebecca has also published four of her own books, three for children as well as a two-book series for adolescents/adults. She is also a certified art therapy practitioner. Two of Rebecca’s strengths are patience and creativity.
Jeff
Team Leader / Web Designer
My name is Jeff and I am a WordPress Web Designer. I started working as a Web Designer in 2011. I started out working with simple WordPress Themes and worked my way up to learning other skills like SEO, Server Management, Video Editing, and Marketing Skills. I have worked on different types of websites, from personal blogs, e-commerce, local businesses, landing pages, membership sites, agency and marketing websites. In my years of experience, most of my knowledge came from watching training videos and e-courses. I was also able to join a 2-day conference called Business Blueprint that was held in Cebu.
I started working with Teelie Turner Brands in August of 2018, it was a good challenge for me because I used to design websites that are for corporations and magazines. And now, with Teelie’s Fairy Garden, I get to create cute designs for fairy lovers. I am now promoted as the team leader and still creating wonderful websites for the Teelie Turner Brands.
Ellen
SOCIAL MEDIA / EMAIL MARKETING
Ellen is a talented social media assistant for Teelie Turner Author and Teelie Turner Fashions. She also creates magical newsletters and landing pages for Teelie Turner Brands. Ellen has completed a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from St. Paul University, Quezon City. She also has successfully completed various courses and certifications in media and communication such as Communication Arts, Advertising, Public Relations, Advanced Software Application, Print Media Software, Developmental Communication, and Social Media Marketing.
With over 8 years of experience as a virtual assistant/ social media assistant, Ellen has successfully helped business owners get their brand together and out there. Her strengths lie in her ability to collaborate effectively with teams and deliver high-quality work. In her spare time, Ellen enjoys spending time with family and friends. Ellen has been a part of the Teelie Turner Team since March 18, 2021. She is very grateful to be a part of a team where everybody treats everyone like a family.
Sumbal
GRAPHIC DESIGNER / ILLUSTRATOR
My name is Sumbal. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Pakistan. I’m a Creative and detail-oriented Graphic designer with 5 years plus experience in creating compelling visual designs for print and digital media. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in translating ideas into stunning visual concepts. Adept at collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality design solutions.
I have been working with Teelie Turner Author as a Graphic Designer for almost 2 and a half years now and creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics and designs for websites, social media, and print collateral.
My Skills are that I Gained hands-on experience with design software, improving my proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles and typography. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
I have done my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Punjab, Pakistan.

Rubina
GRAPHICS DESIGNER / ILLUSTRATOR
Rubina is a Graphics Designer at Teelie Turner, specializing in Illustrating children’s books, Formatting, and self-publishing. She is from Bangladesh and took her BBA and MBA from Eden Mahila College. In her early stage, she was a Teacher for some time. However, being a devoted Reader of Story, Comic and Illustrated books her dream was always to be an Illustrator and book creator. For this purpose, she completed a graphics Design course from LEDP (Learning & Earning Development Project) in 2018. She has been working as an Illustrator since then.
Rubina is an expert in creating Books, Book covers, Formatting, etc. Besides illustrating their book, she also helps independent authors to Publish books online by providing guidance. She also creates additional supplements like Color pages, brochures, stickers, Product Design, etc. to promote the book. Her Biggest happiness is the moment when her book reaches the reader.
In 2022, she was very attracted to the Teelie Turner Fairy Book Club and Joined the Teelie Turner Team as a Graphics designer. Since then, she has been very happy to pave her way with all magical Fairies and creatures.
She is well-versed in various tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Canva, etc. Rubina enjoys reading fictional novels and watching animation.
Tayyabaa
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
I am a professional Graphic Artist, working in this field for the past 4 years. Did a short course in graphic designing in 2019, and after that started working on Fiverr and other platforms and was able to retain many happy clients. I am more inclined towards creative design, and I believe this is where I shine most. I have expertise in logo designing, book covers, stationery design, photo editing, manipulation, book formatting, and tools that are used in the digital media age. I have been working with Teelie Turner for the past two months and have enjoyed my time here-a great team!
Rokeya
GRAPHICS DESIGNER / ILLUSTRATOR
Rokeya is a graphics designer at Teelie Turner. She works as an illustrator for children’s books and formatting. She is from Bangladesh. She is studying BSc final year at Begum Badrunnesa Govt. Girls’ College. In 2018, she completed a graphics Design course from LEDP (Learning & Earning Development Project). She has been working as an Illustrator since then. She can create colored books, line art, book covers, etc. She can also format books.
In 2023, she started her journey with the Teelie Turner Magical Fairy Book Club and Joined the Teelie Turner Team as a Graphics designer. She loves art, cartoon books, and reading story books, so this job is pleasing to her. She is delighted to Join this magical fairyland.
Shirley
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Hi, my name is Shirley, I graduated from Holy Angel University in the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism. I worked as a Hotel Receptionist for 7 years. I love designing and doing paper flowers and some of my relatives invited me to create their Birthday backdrop, and this was successful. I have been working as a freelancer for more than 6 years now.
I’m currently working with the Teelie Turner Brands for more than 3 years and 10 months now as a social media loop account manager and as a Graphic expert. I also enjoy using my skills to create magical book fillers, flat lays, mock-ups, and magical videos. I work in such a friendly environment and enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day. The talent that I have is designing some art or as a graphic designer. I believe this is my expertise and gives me the strength to focus, it helps me to be more creative, and love what I’m doing. I believe this is my passion that I will treasure forever because designing art is what makes my heart sing.
Being a Freelancer and having years of experience, I believe that I can work independently, be creative, and do my best to do my tasks professionally.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / GRAPHIC DESIGNER
I am Liezl. I am a graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Economics. I have been in this industry for almost 7 years, and I have been working with the Teelie Tuner Brands since 2020, so it’s been almost 4 years working with Teelie Turner, handling social media accounts, designing graphics, and creating content. At first, being part of Teelie Turner was quite challenging, especially with the account that I have been handling. However, those challenges strengthened me to be perseverant, motivated, a team player, and more productive. Despite that, it becomes more effective as it provides a positive impact on the company. Furthermore, it has helped me to be more efficient and resourceful, which has improved my skills in executing marketing techniques, creating graphics, managing social media platforms, and creating content.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / VIDEO CREATOR
My name is Kris Carla. I’m a PH registered nurse, but I have changed my path to being a virtual assistant. I’ve been working virtually for more than five years, and I have been working with the Teelie Turner Brands for nine months. My skills are graphic designing, video and photo editing, and customer service. I am the lead video expert on the Teelie Turner team.
